Is your neighborhood being threatened by sprawling development? Does a new highway proposal threaten the health of a wetland or stream in your community? Is a wastewater plant discharging pollution into the river in violation of its permit? The Center for Justice can help.
Since its formation, the Center for Justice has advocated for the protection of our water, air, land, and people. The Center for Justice works with local decision makers, environmental agencies, and, when necessary, the court to ensure that our land use and environmental laws are being complied with, that our local comprehensive plans mean something, and that neighbors and neighborhoods have a voice.
Our goal is not to simply preserve what used to be, but to create an even better Spokane— a community with a healthy environment that’s truly thriving.
